At Love, Hope & Faith Foundation, our mission is to provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for displaced adults, veterans, and seniors. We are committed to helping individuals regain and maintain independent living through housing, advocacy, semi-independent care, and community partnerships.

Our Goal & Purpose
The primary goal of Love, Hope & Faith Foundation is to provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for displaced adults, veterans, and seniors. Our purpose is to help individuals regain and maintain independent living through structured housing, advocacy, semi-independent care, and community partnerships.

Adults & Seniors

We welcome adults and seniors from all walks of life. Each resident is accepted based on an individual assessment, ensuring that we can provide the right level of housing, care, and support for their needs.

Independent and Semi independent

Independent residents — depending on evaluation and level of care.

Semi-independent residents — depending on evaluation and level of care, including those needing light oversight, reminders, or daily check-ins.

Residents with disabilities — provided they are able to live semi-independently or have caregivers/staff to help accommodate their needs.

Community Stabilization Support

At Love, Hope & Faith Foundation, we believe stability is more than housing it’s about strengthening the whole person and their family.

We partner with a wide range of community resources both faith-based and non-faith-based to provide support at little or no cost. This includes churches, licensed counselors, therapy programs, and local charities.

Through these partnerships, residents may access:

Individual, group, and family therapy

Marriage, recovery, and restoration counseling

Mental health and wellness services

Food pantries and community aid

We also work with residents’ insurance companies to help cover additional counseling and support.

We believe the family unit is worth fighting for, and we are committed to helping residents find healing, stability, and growth.

Advocacy Programs

At Love, Hope & Faith Foundation, advocacy is more than a program—it’s a way of life in our homes. Every resident deserves to be safe, supported, and heard.

Community Advocacy:

We live by the motto “Each one look out for one.” Every resident is encouraged to look after one another, creating accountability, safety, and unity within the home.

Structured Advocacy:

For residents with semi-independent or higher needs, an assigned advocate provides oversight, reminders, and progress reports, ensuring their care and stability are closely monitored.

This two-part approach ensures that no one is left behind, and every voice matters.
